WooWoo came to ThursdayThinking.Digital seeking ways to increase their online presence and sales for all things intimate hair care in the UK, US and AUS. We started by reviving a failed theme rebuild by the previous agency and subsequently built their sales via channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Google Shopping and increased their annual Organic and combined revenue by 50% in year one.

Since 2022 global warming has meant the UK in particular has seen the wettest 18-months on record, so keeping the brands seasonal sales alive during challenging trading conditions which included Geo-political crises and the cost of living crisis was no mean feat.

Organic revenue increased 50% under our stewardship with Paid revenue UP 71% YOY.
How we did it
Fundamental issues were obvious with the accounts we inherited, so whilst our team set about unravelling poorly executed campaigns and lack of tracking and attribution the tech team started to forensically fix the many issues with the Shopify set-up and website integrations.
Once completed we identified the many opportunities being missed with Organic Social and worked with the WooWoo team to enhance their social visibility and reach.
